Tying-in ends cushion cover

Each time we weave a new tweed we have to join the old warp to the new warp with 696 knots, tied by hand, so we can pull the warp through the loom. It's a painstaking and achy on the back process but quicker than rethreading the entire loom! Once we start weaving the ends are cut off. We leave a good piece of tweed on each end to create art pieces. They look fabulous as wall hangings or here as a cushion! More for decoration than use due to the hanging threads but a fabulous talking point!
