Knitted gotland x hebridean cable neckwarmer in my own handspun wool

This is definitely one of the most special things I make. A hand-knitted cable neckwarmer crafted from handspun yarn from my own bred gotland x hebridean lambs. I bred the ewes, kept them healthy over the winter, ensured they lambed safely, and helped if necessary. Raised the sheep, sheared them, then picked and carded the fleece, spun them on my Ashford spinning wheel, plied the yarns together, washed the skeins then knitted this cable knit neckwarmer fastened with a handmade ceramic button. 
Back breaking, labour intensive, a real labour of love and satisfaction in being able to make every single step of the process.
